Bambox is on a mission to promote the use of sustainable fibers.

Fuel

Bambox helps decarbonize the tissue supply chain

Bambox™ can utilize the 70% of the roll’s wasted space, and transport more products in the same vehicle, dramatically cutting fuel expenses and emissions throughout the distribution chain. It is estimated that over 70 million liters of fuel are used each year in the US to transport tissue rolls, over 3X than that around the world.

Sourcing

economically expand production locations

We aim to promote better forest resources management by allocating the demand for local trees. It cost less to ship it so it can be shipped further.

Materials

No plastic, all recyclable

We only use sustainable materials, and we want more companies to do so too.

Our packaging materials are sourced from recycled materials. And our tissue from bamboo and upcycled pulp. We aim to reduce it in the future, and incorporate bamboo into its blend.

Future

“Cracks should be filled with gold”.

- Kintsugi philosophy

The profit margins that the rolls shape waste, and bambox fills, can incentivize manufacturers to use bamboo on a large scale. This can help save over 30 million trees that are cut each year for toilet paper in the US, and economize the use of bamboo for more industries such as construction, textile and interior design.

Why Bamboo?

As a tree takes up to 20 years to grow and be cut once, leaving a stump and unusable ground. Bamboo grows the same mass of fibers in under 5 years, and is re-harvestable with the same land.

We challenge the obvious,

We don’t think outside the box,

We reinvent it.
